If Model S tested in low temperatures like to -30< C (Celsium) degrees?
How much stable work of car for example in Canada and Russia, China? I mean in countries where winted very cold and car will work at -30/-50 C?
It is not unusual to get -40 in Canada or Norway. The cars have been tested at these temperatures and work fine. The problem is that the available battery capacity drops dramatically when the battery is cold. The Model S heats up the battery and so some/most of the capacity comes back.
If you can arrange for the car to be plugged in a charging just before use it will give the best performance.
I think it's safe to say most cars have trouble starting/operating at -30C. (Diesels can sometimes be particularly finicky at those temps. Forget using biodiesel... it commonly gels or freezes at those temps.)
Once the iPhone/Android app is fully functional with the ability to warm the car while still plugged in you'll be all set!

But we dont know data of relationship - stemperature/loss percentage of battery capacity?
The MS does condition the battery while connected to shore power. So if one keeps the car plugged in as much as possible it should function acceptably albeit with markedly less range. How much less is anyones guess.
@Dizzy - so far I haven't seen a graph anywhere that shows capacity with temperature.
The thing that some people forget is that if the battery is v. cold and only shows, say, 100 miles range, the range might go UP as you start driving and the battery warms up. There is a trade off between the energy the car uses to heat the batteries, and the energy you 'get back' as the battery warms up.
Would be good to get some data from TM.
