Clearly one issue holding back full scale acceptance of EVs is ubiquitous supercharging facilities throughout countries (rather like fuel stations!)so that range anxiety/waiting is eliminated.
Tesla cleverly is addressing this whilst other manufacturers somehow aren't (that I know of anyway)
Could other EVs actually be supercharged or do the designs not allow it? I think I read that the i3 can be fairly rapidly charged - where? At home? At public charging stations?
If they can be s/c'ed, then when will GM; Ford; BMW; Nissan et al roll out supercharging stations too? And will there be an industry standard so that one day all cars can use all s/c stations......?!
